Console View

The Console view displays all interaction messages between the VTunerClient and VTunerServers as well as error and warning messages for improper parameter settings, as shown in Figure 1.

Toolbar

The table below lists the toolbar options displayed in the Console view. Note that toolbar options may differ between the various consoles.
Table 1. Toolbar Buttons in the Console View
Button Description
Clear Console Clears the current console.
Scroll Lock Toggles the scroll lock.
Pin Console Forces the Console view to remain on top of other views in the window area.
Display Console Selected Opens the list of available consoles and allows you to selects a console for display

This button is available only if multiple consoles are available.
Open Console

Opens a new console of the selected type.

The available console types include:

  • New Console View
  • Program Output Console
  • Windows Program Output Console
  • CVS

    The CVS console displays logs of installed features in addition to CVS operation output.
